Subscriptions to the Internet Dating site are available for terms of 1 day, 5 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Prices can be found on the site under Help/FAQ. Payments are accepted by credit or debit card. 5 day and monthly subscriptions which are not cancelled will automatically roll over for another term and your card will be charged again. The 1 day trial subscription is a once-off payment which will not be automatically rolled over for additional payments.

We require 4 days notice to cancel the rolling subscription agreement, and so would advise particular attention is paid to this when subscribing to the £9.95 for 5 days option.

The Make A Date dating site offers you the option to sign up for Text Alerts, sent to your mobile phone notifying you each time you receive a new message. Text Alerts are charged at just £1.00 per week (one billed message per week).

To sign up for Text Alerts go to the Members Area and select Edit my Personal Details. Follow the online instructions. You will receive a Text to verify that you are in possession of the mobile phone specified and to confirm that you wish to sign up to receive the alerts. You must reply to this Text to complete your subscription for the Text Alerts.

If you do not reply to the initial Text to complete your subscription to the Text Alerts you will receive 2 reminder messages free of charge. If you have still not replied to the reminder messages, your request for a subscription will be terminated and you will not receive Text Alerts unless you sign up again.

Subscribers to Text Alerts will receive a monthly reminder of their subscription. You are not charged for this message.

By signing up for Text Alerts, you agree that CN Radio and JMedia UK Ltd may contact you by Text with offers and information about similar products which may be of interest to you.

To cancel your Text Alerts text the words the words the words STOP DATING to 83426. Alternatively log onto the Make A Date website and select Edit my Personal Details from the Members Area. Change your Text alerts status and click on Save Changes.

If you do not sign up for premium alerts but have provided a mobile number you will receive 2 weekly alerts sent free of charge informing you of your new matches. To cancel these alerts please send STOP to 07781474430. Or phone customer service on 0871 434 4131.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member or Subscriber. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions for cancellation which appear in the Members Area of your account, or upon receipt by Make A Date of your written or email notice of termination. Refund of unused subscription fees will only be given where the original subscription is for a period of greater than 6 months and a 30 day notice has been issued. The amount of the refund given will be determined by the number of complete months' membership remaining in the original term of subscription less the 30 days' notice. Any refunds that are given will be paid as a cheque and posted to the address listed on your Account. Refunds are payable only to the member listed on the Account.

Make A Date may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address which is associated with your Account. If Make A Date terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

You acknowledge and agree that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, or information presented to you by CN Radio and JMedia UK Ltd, its partners, or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights and laws.
